Paul Marino has over 15 years of teaching experience. As early as his Junior Year of High School, Paul volunteered to be a teaching assistant for an Algebra II class, holding private office hours during free blocks to help fellow students with Math. This was just the beginning of his teaching career.
While attaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Philosophy at Northwestern University, he was consistently working as a teacher’s assistant in Calculus I, Propositional Logic, and Linear Algebra.
Experience is not the only mark of a quality instructor, however. Paul has a patient, light-hearted demeanor when teaching, and often lights up with wonder when describing particularly beautiful concepts in math. He has confidence in every student, and inspires confidence in themselves.
His pastimes mainly consist of games and laughter. In his spare time, he can be found playing video games (especially puzzle or action/adventure games), chess, poker, and board games.
