Marino Prep has offered one-on-one tutoring for over 12 years in the subjects of Mathematics and Standardized Test Prep. Five years ago, Marino Prep transitioned into exclusively virtual tutoring to great success.

Virtual Tutoring allows for students to attend their session from any place, at any time. Sessions are held in front of a display, which acts as a virtual blackboard. The instructor and the blackboard are clearly visible within a single screen to mimic a classroom experience.

One of the staples of the Marino Prep tutoring experience is the Recap Email. Following every session, students and their families will receive a detailed email which itemizes the student’s performance, the specific concepts covered during our session, and a .pdf of all notes taken during our hour.

Over time, the student’s inbox accumulates Recap Emails, becoming a catalog of all concepts covered throughout our time together. With a quick keyword search, the student can bring up an email on any subject, along with the specific sample problems and notes taken during their session. This is an invaluable tool when studying for a test, and this catalog can never be misplaced or lost.
