Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session, please provide notice via email at least 24 hrs prior to the start time of your session. Cancellations made within 24 hrs will result in a $50 Same Day Cancellation fee with no exceptions.
This will appear on the invoice as “SDC.”
If you do not provide any notice and fail to show up for a scheduled session, this will be deemed a No Call, No Show and will result in a fee equal to the cost of the session.
This will appear on the invoice as “NC/NS.”

Do you work with students with Learning Disabilities?
Marino Prep tutors all students. Our instructors have experience teaching students with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and students on the spectrum of Autism. Our individualized tutoring includes personalizing instruction and goals to reflect the specific needs of the student.

Does your service require me to have any specific technology or materials?
Students need only a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone. The Skype desktop program is required for our sessions, as is a stable internet connection.
Choosing a computer close to the router, or better still, one connected to the internet via Ethernet Cable, is the best way to avoid unwanted drops in call quality.
